have worked as an Orthopaedic and Trauma Consultant in Derby since
September 1995 and I am an honouree
clinical
teacher to Nottingham Medical School. |

As one of the Senior Orthopaedic Consultants
at Derbyshire Royal Infirmary I now work in a number of community
Hospitals:
- St Oswald's Community Hospital,
Ashbourne
- Ilkeston Community Hospital
- Nuffield hospital Derby
- Nottingham Woodthorpe Hospital

Following the M1 Kegworth air crash on the 8 January 1989, I
collated clinical material and documented the injuries sustained by
the victims. I contributed to the development of the 'Crash Brace position' currently used
by the aircraft industry. |
